★段ボールのお荷物の場合、当院入り口（緑の矢印）からお入り頂き、受付スタッフにお渡しください。
If you have cardboard luggage, please enter through the entrance (green arrow) and hand it over to the reception staff.
➀ポストに投函できる郵送物の場合、右の通路奥にポストがありますので、そちらに入れて下さい。
If you have mail that can be dropped off in a postbox, there is a postbox at the back of the corridor on the right, so please drop it off there.

➃小さめの郵送物は、当院ポストにご投函お願いします。
For smaller mail items, please drop them off at our postbox.
➄もし当院の休診日や不在の場合、段ボールのお荷物は、ポストの下の位置に置いて頂いても大丈夫です。
If our clinic is closed or you are not present, you may place your cardboard box at the bottom of the mailbox.
